During a recent trip back home, I had the opportunity to drop in at Molon Labe CrossFit in Macedonia, Ohio. Mark and Eleni run a great gym, and are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. During the 90 minute visit, we covered rope type/size/length, form, technique, drills, workouts, and everything in between. Several people got their first double under, and were soon able to do them consecutively. Double unders can be challenging and frustrating to learn, but with time and patience, the payoff is huge.
