Just got back from one month in beautiful Trinidad and Tobago. I was there working with the Jump Rope Federation of Trinidad and Tobago (JRFTT) as their Technical Director, training the national team as they prepare for the Pan-American Jump Rope Championships this July. JRFTT President Clint Charles and Vice President Mahalia Regis have done an amazing job building a national program from the ground up, and spreading the sport to schools across the country. I can't wait to get back!
