Jump rope athletes from Nairobi, Kenya competed at the 30th Annual Double Dutch Holiday Classic at the Apollo Theater in New York City. The National Double Dutch League hosted the event on December 5th, 2021, which featured some of the top Double Dutch teams from around the U.S. and world.
This particular group means a lot to me. Back in 2010, I spent 1 year in Kenya and Tanzania training students and coaches. These athletes are some of the most talented, hardest-working jumpers I’ve ever met.
